DSP Generation of Pink Noise  
This page describes how to generate pink noise by two methods: A "pinking" filter for white noise, and The Voss-McCartney algorithm of adding multiple white noise sources at lower and lower octaves. Digital Filter Design Wizard (Fiwiz)  
FIWIZ is a constraint based design program for IIR as well as FIR digital filters which is geared towards features which are difficult if at all to find in other filter design programs. FIWIZ's main features are: Arbitrary magnitude constraints. Arbitrary group delay constraints. Minimum phase filters. Output of poles and zeroes. MATLAB friendly output format. Storage and retrieval of configuration files. Platform independence through JAVA technology. Wizard based approach. Versatile plotting.

BruteFIR  
BruteFIR is a software convolution engine, a program for applying long FIR filters to multi-channel digital audio, either offline or in realtime. Its basic operation is specified through a configuration file, and filters, attenuation and delay can be changed in runtime through a simple command line interface. The FIR filter algorithm used is an optimised frequency domain algorithm, partly implemented in hand-coded assembler, thus throughput is extremely high. In realtime, a standard computer can typically run more than 10 channels with more than 60000 filter taps each.

The FDSZ program  
The FDSZ program designs continuous-time and discrete-time filters (IIR), using several classical approximations. It also allows a generalized design procedure that can generate filters in a continuous range from the Butterworth to the Cauer approximations.

ScopeFIR designs Complex Finite-Impulse Response (FIR) filters using the Parks-McClellan algorithm or windowing. You can then mix, scale, quantize, and edit the coefficients of the FIR filter.
