'atlc' is a set of programs for the design an analysis of electrical transmission lines, like coaxial cable, but the cross section can be *any* shape, with any number of dielectics. Directional couplers can be analysed too, including those with multiple dielectrics, which occurs on PCBs. 'atlc' is Unix software and needs a Unix or GNU/Linux PC to run on. The source code is provided.
