Dynamic simulation of car engines, gearboxes, and transmissions. DRIVE simulates the behavior of cars during acceleration along their longitudinal axis of symmetry. The coupled dynamics of sprung and unsprung masses are obtained by calculating vehicle vertical motion and pitch.
