ROBOOP  
The ROBotics Object Oriented Package is an object-oriented C++ library for robotics synthesis and simulation. There are also graphics and miscellaneous classes, with the latter containing routines for integrating ODEs using Runge-Kutta schemes. A source code distribution of ROBOOP is available. It is documented in a user's manual available in the usual formats.
