Libquantum is a C library for the simulation of a quantum computer. It provides an interface for a quantum register and for all important quantum operations. An efficient model for decoherence allows an analysis of quantum computation under a realistic environment.

Computational thermodynamics library, TDLIB’99, aimed toward thermodynamic assessment of phase diagrams, is presented. It includes three parts, PHASE -framework for modeling the Gibbs energy of multi-component solutions, TD_ALGO - thermodynamic algorithms, and VARCOMP2 - simultaneous thermodynamic assessment.
