Signal Analyze Toolkit is an FFT based signal processing software. Its functions include waveform generator, spectrum, correlation, histogram, waterfall, transfer function and digital filter. It uses a sound card to acquire the sound signal, then you can analyze the signal by different methods. This program turns your computer into a powerful measuring and analysis instrument. For a real time application, download VIS, a sister program of SAT.

| D. J. Bernstein Fast Arithmetic - djbfft
Update Link / Bad Link? |
djbfft is an extremely fast library for floating-point convolution. The current version holds most of the speed records for double-precision FFTs on general-purpose computers. djbfft provides power-of-2 complex FFTs, real FFTs at twice the speed, and fast multiplication of complex arrays. Single precision and double precision are equally supported.

| The Fast Fourier Transform and its use in Spectral Analysis of Digital Audio
Update Link / Bad Link? |
A general overview of the Fourier Transform is conducted. Computational methods are introduced with the discrete Fourier transform (DFT), along with the handful of problems which arise when dealing with sampled data. A computationally more efficient fast Fourier transform (FFT) is provided in one of its many variants, the decimation in time - radix 2 FFT. Evaluation of the time decimation radix-2 FFT is provided with audio samples of sine waves (single and composite).

FFTW is a C subroutine library for computing the Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT) in one or more dimensions, of both real and complex data, and of arbitrary input size. FFTW's performance is typically superior to that of other publicly available FFT software. Moreover, FFTW's performance is portable: the program will perform well on most architectures without modification.
