Comparing Fortran with ROOT  
On this page we show benchmark results using ROOT with a comparison with similar programs written in Fortran. The benchmarks have been run on 3 different architectures: (HP-UX, AIX and Pentium Windows/NT). The numbers reported are in CPU seconds.
