Big Faceless PDF Library  
The Big Faceless PDF Library is a Java class library for creating PDF documents. The Extended Edition offers the ability to create and edit AcroForms, PDF's answer to the HTML form. Like HTML forms, PDF forms can contain text boxes, radio buttons, and can call JavaScript functions. The Extended Edition also includes a PDF reader for importing and editing, along with FDF support and multiple digital signatures. Both variations offer full Unicode support, encryption, embedded TrueType and Type1 fonts, barcodes, hyperlinks, spot and calibrated color. Advanced text layout engine enables complex HTML styles. It is small, fast, easy to use, and 100% pure Java.

Java Numerics: Main  
The goals of the Numerics Working Group of the Java Grande Forum are (1) to assess the suitability of Java for numerical computation, (2) to work towards community consensus on actions which can be taken to overcome deficiencies of the language and its run-time environment, and (3) to encourage the development of APIs for core mathematical operations. The Group hosts open meetings and other forums to discuss these issues.

Apfloat: Arbitrary Precision Mathematics Library  
Apfloat is a high performance arbitrary precision arithmetic package. You can perform calculations with a precision of millions of digits with it. It's as simple to use as Java's BigDecimal or BigInteger classes, but performs a lot better with extreme precision numbers (more than a few hundred digits). Also, a full suite of mathematical functions for arbitrary precision numbers are available: all those existing in java.lang.Math and more. Apfloat is freeware.
