JAligner: Biological Sequence Alignment Algorithms

CImg: C++ Image Processing Library
The CImg Library is a C++ toolkit that provides simple classes and functions to process and display images within your own C++ code. It consists of a single header file CImg.h that must be included in your program and works on both Unix/X11 and Windows operating systems.
